About EyeFlyHK

EyeFlyHK is operated by 新景卓视科技(深圳)有限公司 (we, us or our). Customers who purchase our compatible lenticular screen film can use the app on supported phones or tablets to view glasses-free 3D content. The app also provides film installation guidance, display calibration, 3D examples, media playback, 3D creation and camera features, depending on the device.

This policy explains the information handled by the current version of EyeFlyHK, why it is used, how it is retained and the choices available to you. It applies to the app and our handling of related privacy and support enquiries. A separate shop or payment service used to buy a screen film has its own privacy notice.

Camera, microphone and photo library

Camera: with your permission, the app uses camera input to take photos and videos, capture spatial content on supported devices, and detect eye position or viewing distance for 3D viewing and calibration. For example, you can capture an image to create and view 3D content.

Microphone: with your permission, the app records sound when you record a video, so the recording can include your voice and surrounding audio. Microphone access is not needed to view existing photos or videos.

Photo library: the app accesses the photos and videos you authorise for selection, playback and 3D creation. Permission to add to the library is used to save captured or created media and playback screenshots. For example, you can select a video and convert it into 3D content.

iOS or iPadOS presents the relevant permission request. You can refuse access or change it later in system settings. Only features that need the denied resource are affected; refusing permission does not authorise us to access that resource by other means.

Eye position, viewing distance and camera guidance

When a supported eye-tracking, distance-reminder or calibration feature is enabled, the app processes camera frames on your device to locate the eyes and estimate their distance from the screen. These results help adjust the glasses-free 3D view, support calibration and display viewing-distance reminders.

Camera frames used for eye detection and the resulting eye-position and distance values are processed on the device. They are not automatically uploaded to us or to a third-party server. Eye-detection frames are used transiently and are not saved as a face-image collection or used to create an identity-recognition profile. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing or user identification.

For spatial capture, available camera and device information is used locally to show guidance about lighting, subject distance and device position. This processing supports capture and does not establish your geographic location.

Photos, videos and local app data

Media capture, 3D conversion and rendering are performed on your device. The current app and its integrated SDKs do not automatically upload your photos or videos to our servers or to third-party servers. Content leaves the app when you choose an action that sends it, such as sharing it with another app or website.

The app stores media files, thumbnails, playback and browsing records, selected language, display settings and calibration parameters locally as needed to provide its features. Device type, screen characteristics and system capabilities are also used to adapt capture, rendering and interface behaviour.

EyeFlyHK does not require your name, telephone number, email address or precise geographic location merely to view local 3D content. If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include in that enquiry.

3D parameters and technical information

To obtain suitable 3D display parameters when a usable local configuration is unavailable, the app connects over HTTPS to the parameter service at server.stereo-support.top. The request includes the device model, request timestamp and a verification signature. The receiving service also receives the IP address and connection information needed to handle the request.

This request is used to check device compatibility, return display parameters and validate the request. A device model describes a type of device; it is not a unique device identifier. This parameter request does not include photos, videos, eye-position data or viewing-distance data.

The current app and its integrated SDKs do not automatically upload unique device IDs or crash logs. If you voluntarily send us a screenshot, error message or diagnostic material for support, we use it to investigate and respond to that issue. Please avoid including unrelated personal information.

Web content, downloads and sharing

Opening a website, searching the web or downloading online media connects your device to the selected service. That service receives the information needed to fulfil the request, such as the IP address, requested URL or search terms. Websites may use their own cookies, account features or other processing under their own privacy policies.

When you share a file or open it in another app, the content you select is passed to that destination. Media saved to the system photo library may be synchronised by iCloud or another service you enable under that service’s settings. These user-selected actions are separate from automatic uploading by EyeFlyHK.

The hosting service for this policy page and the email service used for enquiries process the connection or message information necessary to provide those services. This policy page does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Service providers and disclosure

EyeFlyHK uses system services and software components for camera access, image processing, media conversion, 3D rendering, local storage and networking. Local processing by a component does not by itself transfer information to its provider. The automatic network request for 3D display parameters is described above.

We use service providers for necessary functions such as parameter delivery, website hosting and email support. Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we limit its use to the relevant service and require appropriate confidentiality and security protection.

We disclose selected information when you ask us to do so, when necessary to fulfil an applicable legal obligation, or when lawfully necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information or provide your media, eye-position or distance data for advertising.

Advertising and cross-app tracking

EyeFlyHK does not provide advertising or use advertising identifiers to track you. We do not combine app data with data from other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, and we do not provide information to data brokers for those purposes.

Websites you choose to visit may have their own advertising practices. Their practices do not authorise EyeFlyHK to use your app data for tracking. We do not request tracking permission for a tracking function that the current app does not perform.

Retention and deletion

Locally saved media, history, settings and calibration data remain on your device while needed for the feature or until removed using the applicable app or system controls. Deleting the app removes its local app container according to iOS or iPadOS behaviour; offloading the app may retain its documents and data.

Deleting EyeFlyHK does not delete items separately saved to Photos, shared to another app or included in a backup. You can manage those copies in the respective app or service, including its recently deleted folder or backup controls.

Eye-detection frames and real-time position or distance results are used for the active processing operation rather than retained as a viewing-history dataset. Camera recordings that you intentionally capture are treated as your saved media.

For parameter-service requests and related service logs, we limit retention to what is necessary to provide and secure the service and satisfy applicable legal requirements. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related disputes and meet legal obligations. When these purposes no longer apply, relevant personal information is deleted or anonymised. You may contact us to request deletion of information we hold.

Your permissions and privacy rights

You can review or withdraw camera, microphone and photo-library access in the system settings for EyeFlyHK. Where supported, you can restrict photo access to selected items. Turning off the available eye-tracking or distance-reminder options limits the related feature; it does not by itself delete previously saved media or calibration settings.

You may contact xinjingzhuoshi@xjzsvision.cn to ask about our processing or request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

We may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable reason we cannot fulfil it. You may raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.

Information security

We use device permission controls, protected app storage and measures appropriate to the information processed to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. Requests to the 3D parameter service use HTTPS. Access to information received for support is limited to the people who need it to handle the enquiry.

No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, keep its system updated and consider the privacy settings of services to which you choose to send content. If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will take appropriate remedial measures and provide notifications required by applicable law.

Children and young users

If you are under the age at which you can independently consent to personal-information processing in your region, please use EyeFlyHK with the involvement and consent of your parent or guardian where required. A parent or guardian should help manage camera, microphone, photo and sharing permissions.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without the required authorisation, contact xinjingzhuoshi@xjzsvision.cn. We will assess the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Changes to this policy

The effective date and last updated date appear at the top of this page. This policy describes current data practices; a possible future feature does not mean that we currently collect the associated data.

Before introducing new uploading, collection or materially different uses of personal information, we will update this policy and the relevant privacy disclosures, explain the new purposes and data categories, and obtain permission or consent where required. Material changes will be notified through appropriate channels, such as an in-app notice or an update to this page.
